Description
The shiny command line arg --reload-dir allows the user to specify additional directories to watch for file changes.
It would be great if this is a setting in the extension, so that the run button in vscode could make use of it.

Research direction
Start by locating the VS Code run button implementation and the existing handling of the Shiny --reload-dir argument. Trace how run-button settings are passed to the Shiny command, then verify that configured additional directories are watched when the app is launched from VS Code.
