Description
Kind of an odd bug when using the data_frame scroller. To replicate load a slightly large data frame and scroll down by clicking and holding the scrolling dot. If you release the mouse button before you stop moving the mouse the scroll will go all the way to the bottom of the data frame. This causes a bit of an issue if the data is large because scrolling down to the bottom can take a long time.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with a slightly large data frame using the data_frame scroller, then locate the scroller implementation and inspect its mouse-release and movement handling. Done means releasing the mouse before stopping movement no longer sends the grid to the bottom of the data frame.
