Description
Currently req(0) throws a SilentException (because if 0: is falsy in python), which means we don't really need to special case input_action_button() like we do in R since isTruthy(0)==TRUE

Research direction
Start by tracing the behavior of req(0), SilentException, and input_action_button(), then compare the Python truthiness behavior with R's isTruthy(0). The issue needs a clear decision about whether the special case should be removed and what consistent action-button behavior should be covered by tests.
