Description
Similar to shiny::onStop(), the callback would run as part of app teardown (notably not on session teardown as in session.on_ended()).
Needed for posit-dev/querychat#170

Research direction
Start by locating the app teardown lifecycle and the existing session.on_ended() implementation. Compare the requested behavior with shiny::onStop(), keeping app teardown distinct from session teardown. Done means an on_stop() callback can be registered and runs during app teardown, addressing posit-dev/querychat#170.
