Description

For RSW-hosted VS Code (priority 0):

  1. Be aware of proxying logic when emitting URLs to the log, and for generating autoreload URLs. (Implemented in #149)

For RStudio IDE (priority 1):

  1. Introduce py-shiny file subtype and include "Run App" button. (This needs to work on RStudio Server, including autoreload.) According to jjallaire, fairly easy.
  2. Add Publish button. According to jjallaire, should not be attempted without jmcphers.
