Description
For RSW-hosted VS Code (priority 0):
Be aware of proxying logic when emitting URLs to the log, and for generating autoreload URLs.(Implemented in #149)
For RStudio IDE (priority 1):
- Introduce py-shiny file subtype and include "Run App" button. (This needs to work on RStudio Server, including autoreload.) According to jjallaire, fairly easy.
- Add Publish button. According to jjallaire, should not be attempted without jmcphers.
