Describe the issue:
Currently, when using Data Explorer a user can filter by adding "is missing" and "is empty." This becomes confusing across languages (Python, R, SQL) since each langage handles these values differently.

Expected or desired behavior:
Provide a way for the display vlues when filtering to be aware of the language or a better UX i.e. tooltips to make it clear what each filter does by language.
