There are a couple of commands that make it easy to navigate inside the Panel, Previous/Next Panel View:

These do not have keys bound by default, perhaps because in VS Code upstream there isn't much need to navigate inside the Panel. However, since we've put Positron's primary console there, it'd be helpful for us to make it possible to navigate the Panel with the keyboard out of the box.
