Description
Per our call Thursday, it would be tremendously helpful to port SAS's Proc Compare. Documentation here: https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/pgmsascdc/9.4_3.5/proc/n0c1y14wyd3u7yn1dmfcpaejllsn.htm
Instead of creating a giant single issue + pr, this issue will serve as the initial creation and future issues and prs will refer to specific features.
I think it should get built on top of DataScan so I'd imagine the development will be quite related.
