Description

Comments from the Netlify Bot about cancelled deployments (e.g. https://github.com/posit-dev/open-source-website/pull/164#issuecomment-4225820329) are just noise since the real deployment happens via GA.

We need to figure out where they are coming from and disable them.

Research direction

Start with the cancelled-deployment Netlify Bot comment linked from PR #164, then inspect this repository’s deployment configuration and GitHub Actions setup to trace its source. Disable the source of those comments and verify that cancelled deployments no longer post them while GA deployments continue to run.
