Description

This can be reproduced in github.com/posit-dev/images-workbench as follows:

# Build the latest Workbench images
bakery build --strategy build --latest --image-platform linux/amd64 --image-name 'workbench$' --metadata-file 'workbench-amd64.json'

# WizCLI will scan all images regardless of handed metadata file
bakery wizcli scan --metadata-file workbench-amd64.json
