Description
Some functions, such as get_jobs(), require a Content class object. Content class objects are returned by content_item(), which makes a request to the content API.
If we already have the content dataframe returned by get_content() then we should generate the Content class object from it instead of creating with content_item().

Research direction
Start by reading the implementations of get_content(), content_item(), and get_jobs() to understand the Content dataframe and object shapes. Generate Content objects from an existing content dataframe without making the content API request, then verify that the resulting objects work with get_jobs() as expected.
