Description
get_content() includes a number of nested list-columns that should probably be un-nested, as the nestedness hurts more than it helps when exploring the data.

Research direction
Locate the get_content() implementation and inspect how its output columns are assembled. Identify which list-columns are nested and determine the expected flattened output; done means get_content() returns the intended non-nested columns without breaking existing behavior.
