Description
As a content owner, I may have one or more important applications that I would like to automate setting the min processes for:
https://gist.github.com/kellobri/4ab0cb4aa9a445f423d1d51e8c90a1d5
You could schedule a basic script like this to run on Connect every 12 hours and spin your min processes up and down (like set to 1 at 6AM and set back to 0 at 6PM).

Research direction
Start by reviewing the linked gist and the Connect extension documentation to understand the proposed scheduled script and how min processes are managed. Define the extension entry point and scheduling behavior, including the example of setting processes to 1 at 6AM and 0 at 6PM; done means this automation can run on Connect for selected applications.
