Description
First of all, I really appreciate this shim solution. It has succeeded at being the glue between Shiny, Azure OpenAI, and FastMCP for us admirably.
We have use cases that seem like a good fit for MCP Prompts and Resources. I do not believe the MCPSessionManager supports those aspects of the MCP standard at this time.
Consider this just a casual request to consider supporting those parts of the MCP standard.
In the meantime we can work around this functionality gap modestly well.

Research direction
Start by locating MCPSessionManager and reviewing which parts of the MCP standard it currently supports. Compare that implementation with the MCP Prompts and Resources requirements; the work is complete when both capabilities are supported with appropriate behavior and tests.
