Description

I've been getting this error when using the lib in the Cloudflare worker environment for the past few days.

I noticed this after upgrading from 3.4.5 to 3.4.7.

When debugging, I found that this occurs in the reconnect, timer and end functions in the postgres/cf folder.

I found this settimeout in the connect.js and index.js files.

Research direction

Start by comparing postgres/cf/connect.js and postgres/cf/index.js, focusing on the setTimeout calls used by reconnect, timer, and end. Reproduce the issue in a Cloudflare Worker with the version change from 3.4.5 to 3.4.7, then verify the reported ServiceWorkerGlobalScope error no longer occurs.
