Description
"Interface text tint" is not respected on low contrast themes like "Gruvbox Dark" and constantly falls back to brighter colors even after manual change attempt.
As far as I understand lightness/brightness of "Interface text tint" is getting calculated whether "High contrast" is enabled or not.
ps. "High contrast" is disabled in this case.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the issue with the Gruvbox Dark theme, Interface text tint changed manually, and High contrast disabled; done means the selected tint is respected instead of reverting to brighter colors.
