Description
Few days ago my pipeline began to fail with:
The action pnpm/action-setup@v4 is not allowed in <my-project> because all actions must be from a repository owned by <my-org>, created by GitHub, or verified in the GitHub Marketplace.
What could be the reason? It used to work until very recently...
