Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

I developed a webpart that show work hours of people. For that, user can select one person from the people picker. The people picker use groupID parameter to limit availaible people. On all the sites except one, people picker do not show deactivated users and it's fine. But on one site, it seems that the group content is only partially refreshed, Deactivated users are shown. It is really weard, new users added to group are also shown...

I don't find antything on this problem. May be you'll get an idea.

Thanks

Research direction

Start at the PeoplePicker entry point and reproduce the groupID behavior on the affected site using @pnp/spfx-controls-react 3.12.0. Compare the displayed people with the group membership and deactivation state, then verify that deactivated users are excluded while newly added users remain available.
