GridLayout control is not displaying more than 36 document cards

When we pass more than 100 items to GridLayout control only 36 items are getting displayed. Is there any limitation for displaying items in control or this is the bug?

Set more than 100 items to state object

Start by reproducing the GridLayout control with more than 100 items, using the state example in the issue and verifying whether only 36 cards appear. No file or test is named, so locate the GridLayout implementation and its existing examples or tests; done means either all supplied items render or the supported limit is clearly established.
