Observed Behavior
The toolbar is positionned with an absolute position with a negtive top positioning. In full page aps or in teams the make in partially hidden.
The toolbar needs to be positionned elsewhere where it can be visible in every context.
Steps to Reproduce
Just include the component in any webart confirued to run in teams or in a FullPage App in SharePoint
