FilePicker: Single- or Mutltiselection Flag

Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

It would be great, if the Filepicker would allow to switch between single- and multi-selection. We currently need it for a project, where you can only pick a single image.

Start by locating the FilePicker component and reading how it currently handles file selection. Confirm whether existing tests or documentation cover selection behavior, then define completion as allowing callers to choose single- or multi-selection while preserving current multi-selection behavior.
