Description
I found a way to add requested Microsoft Graph permissions to an app registration’s requiredResourceAccess collection. The process resolves permission names against the Microsoft Graph service principal and updates the app registration using Microsoft Graph.
Currently, approving permissions every time I log in to the Entra portal is a pain. This approach helps streamline the process by automating permission assignment, reducing repetitive manual consent, and improving efficiency in managing app registrations.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the repository’s PowerShell samples and the Microsoft Graph flow described in the issue. Confirm how requested permission names resolve against the Microsoft Graph service principal and how app registrations update requiredResourceAccess. Done means a sample automates this assignment and reduces repeated portal approval.
