Description
I know there is one respond about this issue but I have the latest PNP Powershell installed on my laptop. I wanted to know if there is anything else other than pnp powershell that needs to be install, like PNP Framework (which I supposed to get that when I install pnp.powershell)
Thank you advance.

Research direction
Start by reproducing Get-PnPSiteTemplate with the reported PnP PowerShell setup on PowerShell 7.4.1 and Windows 10. Trace the type-initializer failure for PnP.Framework.Enums.BuiltInFieldId and verify whether the installed PnP Framework dependency is involved. Done means identifying a reproducible cause and documenting the required dependency or fix.
