Description

When exporting a template from a site which was created in Dutch for example, this is exported containing a library with url "Gedeelde documenten".

When importing this template onto a site which was created in English, this applying of the template modifies the document library's url from Shared Documents to the Dutch version's Gedeelde documenten.

I believe changing the default document library's URL should not happen, since this causes some side-effects beyond our control.

E.g:

  • the property bag's GroupDocumentsUrl property contains a wrong value
  • or, more breaking: when the English site had already a Team associated to it, the Files tab in that Team still points to the original url. This causes the Files tab to fail, since the URL can no longer be found!

Research direction

The issue does not identify a file, test, or entry point. Reproduce by exporting a template from a Dutch site and applying it to an English site, then verify that the default document library URL remains unchanged and that GroupDocumentsUrl and the associated Team's Files tab still work.
