While creating site via TeamSiteCollectionCreationInformation no team and planner populated

Hello,

Here is my code:

 var siteCreationInfo = new TeamSiteCollectionCreationInformation

            {
                Alias = siteData.Alias,
                DisplayName = siteData.Name,
                IsPublic = false,
                Owners = siteData.Owners.ToArray()
            };
var ctx = await SiteCollection.CreateAsync(ctxTenant,siteCreationInfo, graphAccessToken: graphToken);

Site is getting populated, but without teams and planner. I was under assumption that site should be provisioned with teams and planner?

If not, is it possible to provision them with PnPFramework or graph api only?

Start with TeamSiteCollectionCreationInformation and SiteCollection.CreateAsync, then check the PnP Framework documentation for the provisioning behavior described. Verify whether team and Planner creation is supported by the API or requires separate Microsoft Graph operations. Done means documenting the supported behavior and, if applicable, identifying the separate provisioning path.
