Description
The latest schema for declarative agents manifest is v1.6 and for the API plugin manifest v2.4.
We should ensure that all declarative agent samples are upgraded to use the latest versions of the schemas.
- Identify samples that require updates
- Create a SKILL.md file to formalise the declarative agent upgrade process for future migrations
- Create a pull request for each sample update
