Research direction

Start by locating the v6 implementation of ChromaticAberrationEffect and the existing GlitchEffect uniform handling. Create the effect, its chromatic-aberration demo, and a unit test; it is done when the effect exposes an offset input with a setter and the test verifies the expected behavior.
