Description

Currently we use org.jsoup.parser.Parser.xmlParser() to parse HTML. But this only works for XHTML. This leads to issues such as #6135

Maybe we should switch to Parser.htmlParser()?

Research direction

Start by locating the code that calls org.jsoup.parser.Parser.xmlParser() and read issue #6135 to understand the HTML parsing failure. Compare the existing parsing behavior with Parser.htmlParser(), then run the relevant parser or HTML rules tests. Done means ordinary HTML is parsed correctly without breaking XHTML handling.
