Research direction
Start by locating the useResizeHandler entry point and reviewing how it currently responds to resize-window events. Compare that behavior with the resize-pane event from the linked JupyterLab chart editor. Done means the handler can accept multiple event names and respond to the requested events without breaking the existing behavior.
