Description
Hi,
I currently have 11 plots to display on the page. Hence there is a scroll bar.
What I need is when the user zooms in on one plot, every other plot should zoom in. Is it possible?
Also, is it possible to make the configuration mode bar scrollable? As in when the user scrolls down to see the charts, the mode bar should follow suit?
Thanks in advance

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how multiple plots and their zoom interactions are configured in the React component, then inspect how the configuration mode bar is positioned. Done means synchronized zooming across all displayed plots and a mode bar that remains usable while scrolling, with behavior verified in the relevant example or test.
