Description

There are some optional imports in the _renderers.py file in plotly/io that could slow down startup time when the packages aren't present. See https://github.com/plotly/plotly.py/pull/4823#discussion_r1834473662

Research direction

Start with plotly/io/_renderers.py and read the discussion linked from pull request #4823. Identify the optional imports involved and the renderer function calls that use them. Done means those imports are moved into the relevant calls without changing renderer behavior or startup handling when optional packages are absent.
