Description
Hi,
When plotting Sankey, links are sometimes not fully shown. It only happens at some window sizes. I attached some example images, and I am attaching a plotly minimal example .zip file which contains images and an .html file to reproduce the bug. If you open the html file and try to make the window taller, links will go out of boundary

Research direction
Open the attached plotly_minimal_example.zip and its HTML file, then resize the window vertically to reproduce the Sankey links leaving the plot boundary. Use the included images as comparison points; done means automatic layout keeps all links fully visible at the affected window sizes.
