Description

I believe the Plotly parallel coordinates chart is using WebGL to render. It would be great if there was a way to switch that to SVG mode via a config parameter similar to what exists for some charts in Plotly Express!

Research direction

Start by locating the parallel coordinates renderer and the existing configuration patterns for alternate rendering modes referenced in the issue. Determine how an SVG option would be exposed for parcoords and verify that selecting it renders the chart in SVG rather than WebGL.
