Description

Sometimes when we have too many graphs on the page we seek to see each graph on fullscreen.
I have developed it already you can see it here https://gist.github.com/p1-rde/2120938f1c7f44c26755cfd83f8562e8

Research direction

Start by locating the mode-bar implementation and reviewing the linked gist, since the issue names no repository files or tests. Compare the proposed fullscreen behavior with the existing mode-bar controls, then verify that each graph can be opened and exited in fullscreen without breaking other controls.
