Description

The hover information on the bin range shown for this basic histogram is rather misleading:

image

I would have expected a range of "50 - 100" shown for the second bin. (The same mislabeling occurs for all other bins.)

Research direction

Start by reproducing the basic histogram in the linked CodePen and inspect how hover information formats each bin range. Compare the displayed ranges with the expected bin boundaries; done means every bin's hover text shows its actual range, including "50 - 100" for the second bin.
