Description
I like plotly and its integration with R's ggplot, but I find that I cannot use the keyboard to interact with plotly charts or the button bar at the top of the charts. This is a concern when making websites more accessible to people with disabilities. Could this be added?

Research direction
Start by locating the plotly chart keyboard-interaction entry points and the button bar at the top of charts. Review the existing accessibility behavior and related discussion before defining keyboard navigation expectations. Done should mean that charts and their button bar can be operated with a keyboard and remain usable for people with disabilities.
