Plots with multiple axes are not aware of other axis tick labels

Description
It seems that when you have multiple xaxes the tick labels are not aware of tick labels from the other axis. This causes the ticks to overlap on the xaxis1 right and xaxis2 left sides when zooming in and out. The following codepen is capable of reproducing the issue: https://codepen.io/cameronwaterman/pen/LYYXyJW
This can be mitigated by adjusting the axis domain to allow for more space between the two, but the issue still presents itself even with spacing if the tick labels are long enough. The domain gap would have to be larger then the amount of horizontal real estate I'm willing to sacrifice to completely avoid the issue.
