Plotly does not work with geom_chicklet

I make a lot of bar charts and prefer geom_chicklet over goem_col for presentations

The report provides no repository file or test; start by reproducing the supplied R example with ggplotly(p, tooltip = "text") and compare it with a standard geom_col chart. Trace how ggplotly handles geom_chicklet and verify that the interactive chart renders with the requested text tooltip; the issue does not specify a preferred test location.
