geom_econodist

Love using plotly - thanks for creating/maintaining.

Wondering if it's possible to implement geom_econodist. Reprex below.

warning message I received was

Start at the geom2trace.default warning shown in the issue and inspect how plotly.R translates ggplot2 geoms. Reproduce the ggeconodist example with geom_econodist(width = 0.25); done means plotly::ggplotly(q) supports the geom without the unimplemented warning.
