Description

I have a magneta colored graph made in plotly with certain levels which I have added via vertical lines. Currently I have color filled these areas between the vertical lines.

However I would like to only have a color between the vertical lines and the magneta graph (I have circled the aereas as a reference....see the screenshot in the link)

Is this possible in plotly?

somehow plotly filles in every part below and above a vertical line with the area of the magneta line which I obviously dont want

Research direction

No repository file, test, or entry point is mentioned. Start by reproducing the R plotly chart from the description and inspect the linked screenshot to clarify the intended regions. Done means the fill appears only between the vertical lines and the magenta graph, without filling unrelated areas.
