Description

I am using ggplot to generate the boxplot in server.r
But when I am trying to show plot on ui using ggplotly through renderPlotly() in shiny, plot is getting changed.

Please refer attached R-code and image of plot getting generated.

Research direction

Start with the attached BoxPlot_Issue.zip and inspect server.r, focusing on the ggplot boxplot using position = "dodge" and its renderPlotly() and ggplotly() entry points. Compare the generated ggplot and UI plots against the attached image to identify the changed behavior; done means the intended dodged boxplot is preserved in the Shiny UI.
