The stack bar does not drop like the demo in the link. Instead, mine is:

I am currently on Rstudio V1.2.907

Start by running the supplied R example through ggplotly(p), focusing on geom_bar(stat = "identity", position = "stack"). Compare the rendered stack bar with the linked ggplot2 demo and the attached screenshot. Done means the stacked bars reproduce the expected drop and remain correct for this example.
