Research direction
Start by locating Dash's integration-test fixture that currently runs against Chrome and the configuration for connecting to a remote Selenium grid. Define a minimal cross-browser test set covering the requested Windows 10 Edge and IE versions and macOS Safari. Done means those tests can run through the fixture against the requested browser and OS combinations.
