selectedData not populated when graph with selection loads

Describe the bug

When creating a graph that has a selection pre-selected, this isn't shown in selectedData when the graph loads. The user needs to move or alter the selection for something to populate in selectedData

Start by running the provided Python example with dcc.Graph, a pre-selected Plotly rectangle, and the selectedData callback to reproduce the missing initial value. Trace the selectedData event path used when the graph loads, then verify that the callback receives the pre-existing selection without requiring the user to move it.
