Description

In js version of plotly, it is possible to add horizontal and vertical lines.
I can't find that functionality in Plotly.Net.

See add_hline and add_vline in https://plotly.com/python/horizontal-vertical-shapes/

Research direction

Start by comparing Plotly.NET's existing plotting APIs with the referenced Plotly Python entry points, add_hline and add_vline. Done means Plotly.NET exposes a way to add both horizontal and vertical guidelines, with behavior aligned to the linked Plotly documentation.
