Description

@thet @gotcha At first, thanks for enhancing Create content -keyword.

Once @gotcha updated KGS in versions.cfg to 0.9.10 (from 0.9.8) I started getting test errors on Plone 5, because saving a news item created with "Create content" caused validation error "Object is wrong type" for lead image image field.

I was unable to look further into this right now (besides pinning 0.9.8 for myself), but this has probably been here since 0.9.9 when @thet introduced automatic filling of lead images.

This is probably something simple. It's just that the "wrong type" validation error hides the real issue from me.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Plone 5 test errors with KGS 0.9.10, then compare versions.cfg and the 0.9.8/0.9.9 behavior around Create content's automatic lead-image filling. Done means a News Item created with Create content can be edited and saved without the lead image "Object is wrong type" validation error.
