Alternative downloads section is confusing

Description
All the newer play versions point to activator on the download page. I don't think that makes sense, as the links don't correspond to the Play versions at all, and it's really unclear how you would use activator to create a project with that specific play version.

- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start at the download page's #older-versions section and review the links for newer Play versions. Replace the confusing Activator references or clarify how to create a project with each specific Play version; done when every listed version has a matching, understandable download or setup path.
