Research direction

Start by reproducing the JPAQuery.bind call with an Integer parameter under Hibernate 5, then compare its binding behavior with setParameter. Done means the Integer parameter is bound with the expected type without triggering QueryParameterBindingValidator, with a regression test covering the case.
