Description
Description
As Martin mentioned in #2780, slope bias is generally dependent on shadow resolution, and should be supplied by the user for a specific resolution, which we then adjust to fit the actual resolution used by the shadow map.

Research direction
No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the engine's shadow-map resolution and slope-bias handling, then determine how user-supplied bias should be adjusted for the actual resolution; done means the bias scales correctly when shadow resolution changes.
