Description
When loading https://developer.playcanvas.com/en/tutorials/webxr-controllerhand-models/ it shows WebXR as not supported but seems to be fine in Mozilla's project: https://mixedreality.mozilla.org/hello-webxr/
Do we need to ask for permissions or are they using some polyfill specifically for that project?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in Firefox desktop with Oculus AirLink using the PlayCanvas WebXR controller-hand models tutorial, then compare its behavior with Mozilla's Hello WebXR demo. Investigate whether the difference is caused by permission handling or a polyfill, and confirm the expected WebXR availability behavior before defining the fix.
